Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meat according to quality and hygiene standards.
- Operate meat processing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of meat products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
- Inspect meat quality and report any issues to supervisors.
- Follow food safety regulations and company procedures.
- Assist in packaging and inventory control when required.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred.
- Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
- Ability to work shifts and flexible hours.
