Job Responsibilities
- Install external wall insulation systems (ETICS/EWI) on residential and commercial buildings.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying base materials.
- Fix insulation boards using adhesive and mechanical fasteners.
- Apply reinforcement mesh, base coat, and finishing plaster.
- Ensure thermal insulation and weatherproofing standards are met.
- Read technical drawings and follow project specifications.
- Maintain safety standards while working at heights.
- Ensure quality finishing and timely completion of work.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in external insulation or facade works.
- Knowledge of ETICS / external insulation materials and tools.
- Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding.
- Understanding of construction safety standards.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
