JOB Description –
Responsibilities:*
- – Preparation of all basic cuts of meats and vegetables
- – Cleaning the responsible area
- – Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef and the Chef de Partie on duty.
- – Maintaining an orderly station and environment at the place of work at all times
- – Checking delivery orders as needed
- Candidates must have an excellent knowledge and use of the English Language.
- Knowledge of Italian is a bonus.
- Candidates must be well groomed at all times.
