JOB Description –

Responsibilities:*

  • – Preparation of all basic cuts of meats and vegetables
  • – Cleaning the responsible area
  • – Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef and the Chef de Partie on duty.
  • – Maintaining an orderly station and environment at the place of work at all times
  • – Checking delivery orders as needed
  • Candidates must have an excellent knowledge and use of the English Language.
  • Knowledge of Italian is a bonus.
  • Candidates must be well groomed at all times.

Salary Range – 600 – 1500 euro
