Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cut, trim, and portion meat according to quality and hygiene standards.
  • Operate meat processing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of meat products.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment.
  • Inspect meat quality and report any issues to supervisors.
  • Follow food safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Assist in packaging and inventory control when required.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts and processing techniques.
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Physically fit and able to work in cold environments.
  • Ability to work shifts and flexible hours.
  • Good teamwork and discipline.
